Increíble departamento, muy amplio, bien cuidado, excelente ubicación. Germán es muy atento y está al pendiente de lo que ocupes. No dudaría en regresar, la pasamos muy bien.

I stayed for 1 month and loved the resort. The condo was right on the ocean and close to the pool and restaurants at the resort. German was very responsive and proactive. When only the washing machine came back from repairs without the dryer he quickly offered free laundry service which was prompt and efficient. Although the condo is in need of some TLC in regards to furnishings it had all the amenities you needed, comfortable beds, and spectacular view. Compared to the price of other condos there on the ocean the price was fair and reflective of the need for updating. Overall it was a great vacation!!

you will not find a more beautiful view in Playa Del Carmen. Beach is clean and not crowded like many others. very large pool and beach from apartment with lots of activities available. German was very responsive and helpful. if you need something just reach out. German arranged for laundry service pickup and delivery along with additional towels.

El departamento y areas comunes son muy bonitos! Al departamento le falta mantenimiento. El servicio de Lucia (limpia y cocina si lo desean) es muy malo, cobra mas de lo que indica el dueño y no hace la limpieza de forma adecuada. En los baños no hay toallas de mano ni tapetes e Ivonne que es encargada del departamento no contesta llamadas ni mensajes. German si esta al pendiente y responde rapido.
