This home and location are a thousand times more beautiful than Susan described! Pet and 420 Friendly. Truly a secluded paradise of mountain views. We loved our stay. Be aware that the home is a working business for the spiritual center, so there is much activity. Susan is by far the most attentive and present host I've rented from. Highly recommend:)

We absolutely loved staying with Susan, she made us feel so welcomed and at home. Her home is beautiful, clean and peaceful in a way that is hard to describe. I highly recommend her home if you’re looking to relax, have quiet time, and get a great night sleep. You’ll enjoy seeing wildlife on the way and once you’re there! It was amazing. My daughter and I were able to go on the roof of her home and star gaze at the most stars I have ever seen. We had such a great experience I can’t say enough wonderful things about her home. My only regret is that we didn’t get to spend more time there, but we plan to return in the spring to visit again! Thank you Susan and of course her dog Love, who both made us feel so at home!❤️

We were disappointed and unimpressed with our stay at Stone rabbit sanctuary…unfortunately things were unkempt and unclean, and the accuracy of the listing was off for things that we were really looking forward to - we didn’t end up having access to the star gazing deck, nor a hot tub (unsure if there is one on the property). We didn’t complete our 2 night stay, and would not have stayed the first night had we been able to find another option. Things had clearly not been simply swept or wiped down before our visit, and the kitchen that was advertised for use by guests was…really, really, really gross. Lastly, there was little to no privacy in the master bedroom, where we could hear everything happening outside the room (and presumably the other way around), and there weren’t curtains on either the bedroom or bathroom that faced the front and sides of the house that other guests are passing on their way in and out of the property. It’s not easy to leave a review like this on someone’s home, but I would’ve been grateful to others before me to be more open about this accommodation, as it was a very uncomfortable night.

Stone Rabbit Sanctuary is truly unique. Susan is gracious, attentive and cares deeply about her guests. She lovingly welcomes the furry ones. Our dog Bella came with us & it was as much her holiday as ours! She thoroughly enjoyed forming a mini pack with Love, the resident pup.. The home is filled with all kinds of treasures ranging from beautiful crystals to interesting books. It is a destination in itself and we feel blessed to have visited.

Susan and the retreat are wonderful. The only drawback is the dirt and gravel road to the bed and breakfast/retreat. We had a great stay!!!
