très beau logement si on aime se trouver dans une maison ancienne et typique d'autant plus que l'on a la maison entièrement puisqu'il n'y a qu'une seule chambre en location.pour l'instant. donc on passe un séjour dans un cadre début du siècle dernier nous avons adoré dommage qu'on ne peut pas utiliserla cuisine et le jardin sinon nous serions resté plus longtemps. attention c'est quand même une ancienne maison au centre ville donc un peu bruyant sinon très bon emplacement et bon resto Coréen dans la rue

The place has great character! If you're into the Arts, culture + history, I highly recommend this. My room was clean, had all the basic amenities, secured (+ Kuya Julius stationed outside every night), had a fire exit & quick responses from the hosts. Located at the heart of the city, it's walking distance to both the boulevard & city center plaza (+ to the restos & tourists spots) This is a big, old house that I had to myself, since there were no other guests at the time. I suggest bringing a friend along. My friend from Valencia visited & we spent a lazy, late afternoon browsing old books & admiring the furniture + other displays. If you're into this kind of hang-outs/moments, again, highly recommended. This place made my short stay in Dumaguete so unique & engaging. Thank you for your hospitality~

We loved our stay :) The owners were friendly and helpful. They were nice enough to allowed us to bring the pocket wifi wherever we go. I will stay here again and i will recommend this to my friends.
