I want to start out by saying we absolutely loved our visit. The house is gorgeous and surrounded by beautiful views and trees. The setup was perfect for our party of 5 who both wanted togetherness and also alone time. The fireplace in the living room was a huge hit, and we enjoyed the open floorplan on the main level so we could hang and cook. I do also want to share a few things that I feel like they'll fix, but it did affect our trip. 1) This is run by a rental company and they won't communicate via the Airbnb app. I didn't love this, since all my communication wouldn't be protected under Airbnb; 2) There is only one couch in the living room which is different than the pics listed, and was part of the reason we chose this airbnb...for the extra lounging; 3) The hot tub was dirty and filled with floating debris and turned green on the second day. It looked like it hadn't been drained in a long time. These aren't huge things, but for $800 a night, I'd definitely want this improved.

This home was a fantastic way for our family of 4 to spend a summer vacation in Big Sky. The home was spacious, had all the amenities you would need, and really felt like home. We didn't have a lot of need to contact the staff at Natural Retreats, but when we did, they were very responsive and helpful. Anyone staying at this property would surely enjoy their time and would look forward to returning.

This house was a perfect spot for ski in ski out. I think the people that complain about places like this forget they are paying for the location- not some fancy, amazing house. We got exactly what we expected and they also left a way for us to communicate if anything was broken or not working. We added a few things to that list assuming no one has taken the time to write those things down so that the company knows to fix them. They had great instructions for check in and check out, they made sure we had the information we needed, and (unlike many mountain places) the beds were very comfortable! The hot tub was very clean and nice as well. The space was the perfect size for a group of 8 or 9. We travel all over the country to ski resorts and mountain towns and we plan to try to stay at this house again next winter. It was also very nice to have minimal duties before check out- we all know that it’s not common to ONLY ensure the trash is in the garage and the lights are off.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but would like to share my experience with this mgmt comp. We arrived & found the house to be pretty much what we were expecting. Couple of things found: razor cover in a shower, loose kitchen sink control, burner not working properly & stains on the sheets in a bedroom. Nothing terrible so we continued with our stay. Day 3 we lost heat & couldn’t cook. NR was contacted at 7am & said it would be early afternoon for someone to come out. We needed someone immediately, the house was cold. Property manager arrived & fixed all of the issues except no heat. The home was out of gas! We were told AmeriGas has had many issues & this is an emergency. It should be filled up by 5pm. NR brought us heaters, & offered a similar house right down the block. Around 6pm still no gas we moved. The new house was quite nice. After negotiations NR gave us a partial refund. Overall I'm happy with how they treated us but wish they had checked the gas and responded more promptly.
