This home is also located close to some of the best local eateries in the area including Gulf front restaurants like Pompano Joe’s and Whale’s Tail as well as local coffee and ice cream shops. The whole family can find something to enjoy around every corner, in and outside of this lovely home. Inside The Lee House, guests are welcome by calm, beachy colors and upgrades throughout. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay. *An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement *A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit.
