This is a small downstairs Private room, decorating in 70's style. This makes a very unique private getaway, or just a place for traveling through the area. Located on a private property, with other bnb listings, on 2.5 acres of wooded land with a natural spring and small walking trail along the creek. Price is for 1 person. This is perfect for the traveling person. No pets or smoking allowed. This room has a comfy queen bed, if you need more space you can list one of our other spaces or book the whole retreat. The room shares the downstairs kitchen and bathroom with room located upstairs and other guests or visitors . There is a shared kitchen and bathroom, wifi access, no cable or TV channels. There is TV with DVD player and DVD library available. There is a refrigerator, coffee maker, Stove Top with dishes to use.. Quiet, warm, clean. This is a non smoking property. No loud music or parties. Quiet time is 10 pm. We have neighbors and respect their quiet time as we love ours. So please respect that. Price is set for 1 guest
