Ann is proactive and friendly on hosting her guest. she contacted on before the stay to make sure our checkin time and everything was proper before our arrival. I would recommend Ann's hosting

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Mrs. Ann’s Place is Clean, Very Quiet Area, Love the Park, and Everything was so close🦋 We we’re 10 minutes from my in-laws place! We were there for a Funeral/ Homecoming For My Mother in law🙏🏽 (Mom) 🦋 I recommend staying here! Thank You Mrs. Ann 🦋🦋💐

We had a great stay! Great location- there's a lot to do in Ferndale & Royal Oak, but it's also very close to downtown Detroit. Ann was flexible with us in terms of check in time, which was very much appreciated! The home was clean, cozy and we all thought the beds were comfortable- which was a huge win! Would definitely stay again!
