We had a wonderful stay! There were so many fun things to do on the property - we loved the petting zoo, trampoline and rec barn.

Our family had a wonderful time here enjoying our mountain vacation! The property has so many things to do and explore. We could not keep the kids out of the petting zoo area or off the water slide. As for the adults, we enjoyed the trout stream and fishing every morning and evening. But our three-year-old caught the biggest trout! This is truly a special place! A few minor things to note: The day bed in the second bedroom is extremely squeaky. Thank goodness our son fell asleep quickly each night. Every movement causes it to squeak. Our daughter slept on the pull-out bed in that room and it was just fine. The tub/shower situation is a little awkward because of the height. And if you’re standing up to take a shower, the tub is extremely slippery. A stool in the bathroom would be a nice addition for kids…ours are 6 and 3 and they had trouble using the sink/reaching the faucet because the vanity is a little taller than standard. A nice surprise that was not mentioned in the description is that there is a twin bed in the stairwell. My sister was able to use this instead of the blowup bed she brought. There is a futon in the bottom level but there is a large seem up the middle and probably would not be too comfortable to sleep on unless you added extra blankets on top of it. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. I personally enjoyed eating my breakfast on the patio every morning with the mini horses grazing just steps away. We brought a bag of apples to treat them too! Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the sprawling garden! So many good things to eat and in July, it was definitely at its peak production. We picked a bunch of green beans one evening for dinner. We found the whole experience so relaxing.

Best Airbnb we have stayed in - pictures really don’t do it justice. We had six teenagers with us that came for a 13th birthday party. They all stayed upstairs, loved the goats, bunnies, turkey, peacocks, chickens, swing by the water, & got in both hot tubs. We grilled some chicken & made pizza in the oven, many magical memories made here, I hope we can come back one day!
