This was a wonderful find. The scenery was fabulous and it was exactly what we needed. There are so many little touches that make this place stand out. The directions to the house were great. As noted on other reviews GPS did not do the trick but the directions given were very clear. Thanks so much for the wonderful visit!

A great place to stay in the quiet foothills! Lots of hikes, waterfalls, and biking to do nearby. The house was clean, kitchen stocked with utensils, and lots of books to read or take home (little library)! We enjoyed our stay. Definitely pay attention to Kay's written directions because our GPS would've taken us the wrong way at one point.

You know it was a great stay when you wished you booked a few more days! The Guest House is a charming, cozy mountain cabin perfect for our romantic weekend getaway. We were so glad it was available for us! Not only did Kay provide all the little extras to make the stay comfortable, she went out of her way to help us celebrate the New Year. I highly recommend her charcuterie board---a perfect snack to sit by the outdoor fire, converse, count the stars, and listen to the waterfalls! Hiking the multiple trails near the Guest House was a great way to spend the weekend as we hunted the many gorgeous waterfalls in the area. The fast internet was another bonus as we streamed some of our favorite football teams in the evening. Kay is a 5 STAR SUPER DUPER host and I would highly recommend any of her wonderful listings. We were very happy during our stay and would love to book The Guest House again! Thanks again, Kay, for such a great stay!
