Here’s our points for review for ol house- Pros: ⚫️ kitchen nice and well stocked ⚫️ unit was overall clean and tidy ⚫️ located in nice community Cons: ⚫️ beds and bedroom set up was terrible. Mattresses really bad and one smelled ⚫️ no lights worked in two of the bedrooms and no one responded or came to fix them. ⚫️ property is extremely tight with no real outdoor space except essentially in the parking area. Access to beach is awkward through property in front which completely blocks view/access to beach. ⚫️ two separate units are crammed into this property. With paper thin walls the unit upstairs was very noisy for us below. It feels like these owners are squeezing every last dime out of the property to the discomfort of those staying there. Would not recommend to anyone.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house was prepared well for us and was very clean. The house was very comfortable and spacious, it fit all our guests well. The area was also great had easy access to the beach. The host was also very kind, so highly recommend staying here!!!

Great place a week. The area is super cute for our young kids. Lots of local daily activities and enjoyed the Mystic aquarium as a break from a beach day. Would stay again!

Lovely community. A lot of people bike or children use scooters. Nearby restaurants and cafes and ice cream (Carousel). Nice beach. Lots of seaweed in the water. We went to the nearby Ferry Landing State Park to watch the sunset. Enjoyed seeing fishermen and Osprey nests (also on our street).
