Our stay at Graziella’s apartment was great! Centrally located with nearby metros, restaurants, grocery store, coffee and pastry shops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed was quite comfy as well. Plenty of hot water for the shower with excellent water pressure. It was also beneficial to be on the first floor which still felt safe and secure. The apartment is on a quiet street so we didn’t hear much street noise. Graziella was very easy to communicate with. She responded very quickly to any messages I sent her through the app. She was very kind and helpful. We’d definitely stay again!

Graziella met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. She gave us recommendations for local eateries, supermarket & boulangeries etc. The apartment was clean and functional. The shower was hot with great water pressure (best we’d had in France). The apartment is on the ground floor so easy to access but still very secure (although there are a couple of small steps inside the apartment if that is an issue for you). The apartment is close to the metro and bus.

Graziella’s apartment was perfect for our 4 week stay. It was very comfortable. The well equipped kitchen made preparing meals easy, with stores and bakeries easily available in the neighborhood. There are also lots of restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance when we preferred to eat out. The apartment also has a great water heater! Graziella was a responsive and gracious hostess and we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and super helpful host. The apartment has everything you might need and it feels like a home. Great mattress, a fully stocked kitchen, and great water pressure in the shower. The neighborhood has everything and is super walkable. Graziella went above and beyond to answer questions and solve issues. We would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED staying at Graziella's Paris apartment. She was there to meet us in person at 10:30 in the morning and walked us through everything in the apartment, from how to use the heat to the stove in the kitchen. She provided us with a list of local recommendations that included a Saturday morning farmer's market that stretched for blocks. The fruits and vegetables looked so good - combined with a fish store, butcher and numerous pastry shops a short walk away - that we decided at the market to forego our Saturday night dinner plans and instead shop and cook in. From hand-shucked scallops with chanterelle mushrooms to steak with a small salad, we could easily see staying with Graziella on our next trip and making sure that the Saturday market is at the early vs. late part of our stay.
