Kim is amazing! And the place is really nice inside! Has everything you need, super clean and all the good bars are walking distance. Neighbourhood is very safe. Kim will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Best spot on the Dutch side!

Kim's place truly exceeded all of my expectations. The studio had an amazing view of the lagoon, and the cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep after a long day of work. One of the highlights of the studio was the laundry facilities, which made my stay even more convenient. The patio overlooking the lagoon was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the stunning views. I felt incredibly safe and secure with the gated entrance to the property. But what truly made my stay special was Kim herself. She welcomed me with open arms and her calm and kind demeanor made me feel right at home. Coming back to the studio after a busy day of work felt like a retreat, and I always left feeling relaxed and peaceful. I cannot recommend Kim's place highly enough. It is the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I will definitely be returning for future trips and would encourage anyone

Kim made the check-in very easy. She left us the key with clear instructions at the security gate as our flight got delayed. But she came later to show us the AC unit and also gave us recommendations on where to hike and where to find vegan food. The check out was also very smooth. She gave us enough time to check out unlike some places where they rush you.

We arrived late in the afternoon, and Kim stayed and waited for our arrival. She spent at least 30 minutes with us, to answer all questions, and to give recomendations about the area. This is a great location to experience Sint Maarten, we definitely would choose her place on a return visit.
