You walk into an open living room, dining & ktichen with updated cabinets and granitie countertops. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. The living room over looks the pool, and canal. The master bedroom is off the dining/living area with king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. Past the kitchen down the hallway you will find the other two guest bedrooms and bathrooms. One guest bedroom features two twin beds and flat screen TV. The other bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom.  There is plenty of off-street parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. A local boat ramp is just a few blocks away at Dodge Lake, corner of Aviation and Harbor Drive. The property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then up to 3 vehicles plus trailer. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.  This home is designed for people who love to be on the water and fish. It has a bait freezer, fish-cleaning station gas grill just waiting for your catch!   Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.    This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property.
