This is my second time staying at Nina's place. I like it because it is close to my family, the room has its own private entrance, its own bathroom and it is in a beautiful, quiet and safe area. The garden in front of the private entrance is very pretty, it is filled with native plants. Although the place is very small, it is also very useful. After all, I go to LA to visit my family and to explore. I just go to the rented place to sleep. In addition, either Nina or her husband is a chef, breakfast is provided and it is always healthy and delicious. Thank you Nina!

I had a wonderful stay at Nina’s place. Very peaceful area and private accommodations. Communication was very easy. Nina always responded within a few minutes. I was lucky to find this place.

Nina’s guest studio served as the perfect weekend getaway for me as a solo traveler. The apartment was quiet, private, clean, and in a fantastic location. Take her up on the breakfast, too, if offered. Truly delish! Nina was also very responsive and accommodating. I’d recommend this apt to anyone in need of a quiet getaway!
