This stunning historical home was perfect for our large family. Big enough to spread out comfortably with plenty of bedroom space and bathrooms for all of us. Super cozy and charming. Aesop bath and body products was much appreciated! Kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed was available in the home. Great driveway for parking multiple vehicles and easy walk into the cute town. The host was easy to communicate with and very flexible with us and our needs. We would love to stay in this beautiful Grass Valley home again.

A wonderful place in a great location. Katherine and Joy were accessible, commuincative and friendly hosts. We felt at home right away and had a terrific stay. There were so many items offered for use in the kitchen, plenty of towels, blankets and linens for our use, plus extras like games to use. The location was excellent--a quiet and beautiful neighborhood that is walkable, while being about a 3 minute drive to the downtown historic area of town. My friends have already expressed an interest in staying here again, which I would be thrilled to do.

Wow, what an incredible home 😍 We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Katherine’s place. The location is perfect, located right downtown. The house itself is phenomenal, with all of the comforts you could hope for and a lot of historic charm. We loved that their family photos are up all over the walls, it really enriched our stay to be in a place with so much history and love. Communication with the host was easy and we’d definitely stay there again!

My family and I loved our stay in this beautiful Victorian home! The owners still use the home for their family and as a result it feels warm and lived-in and has higher quality furniture, decor, kitchen items, etc. We felt immediately comfortable and cared for as we settled in for Thanksgiving week. Katherine and the property manager, Joy, were very responsive, and Joy even brought us a new microwave when the one in the house broke on Thanksgiving! My dad loved playing the piano and we made use of the full house. During our stay, the internet was very spotty/slow and we were unable to stay connected for Zoom calls--I know the owner is trying to get to the bottom of this. The middle room upstairs has some loud furnace noise if the heat is on, so that's something to be aware of, and there is some smell in the separated bedroom/bathroom (like mildew). The house is in a lovely neighborhood and walkable to downtown. We would love to stay here again!
