A beautiful, spacious holiday home equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay in Franschhoek. Bedrooms: The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children. All bedrooms have their own ensuite (toilet and shower) with the additional benefit of a bath in the main and childrens' bathrooms. The main and second bedroom have a king bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds (that can be kept together or separated) and the childrens' bedroom has a bunk bed made up of two queen beds. Kitchen: A professional kitchen made by and for a passionate cook, fitted with an induction and gas stove top, a convection and steam oven (as well as a plate warmer), double fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso Machine, XL toaster, microwave, and state of the art crockery and cutlery. Living Area: Double volume open plan living area with exposed wooden beams and floor to ceiling glass sliding doors leading onto various balconies creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors, whilst taking advantage of the beautiful views of Franschhoek mountains that surround the house. There is a large, custom made dining table (seating 10-12 people) and two separate seating areas - one around the oversized indoor fire place and the other at the wall to ceiling bookshelf with a concealed TV. Balcony: The large balcony that extends the width of the house is ideal for outdoor meals, sundowners and enjoying the uninterrupted views of the stunning mountainous landscape. Equipped with a traditional South African Braai (BBQ) and large outdoor dining and seating area at one end, and large outside bonfire surrounded by comfortable outdoor sofas and lounge seating at the other. Pool Area / Garden: The pool and back garden enjoys sun throughout the day to ensure you can make the most of the outdoor space. There are comfortable sun beds and beanbag sun lounges for relaxing beside the pool. There is a large garden that contains the perfect haven for kids - a hidden treehouse and kids' playground with a jungle gym, sandpit, swings, monkey bars and slide. Parking: There is a double parking bay on the property as well as street side parking. Security: There is a security alarm as well as armed response.
