We all felt so welcome, so at home, and so comfortable here. Highly recommended as a perfect place to unplug and recharge! A beautiful view, comfortable accommodations, and lovely hosts. We will be back again in the future!

Ileana and Rodrigo are so welcoming and helpful. We felt completely at ease staying here and spent our time relaxing, taking in the views, and eating some amazing fresh fruit and veggies from the little shop a few houses down the road. They accommodated everything we needed and made us feel at home. What a wonderful place to witness the partial eclipse and everything else!!

What a beautiful spot. The place is comfortable. The view from the porch is amazing. Toucans fly by many mornings! And the garden is almost as lovely as the view. Rodrigo and Ileana could not have been nicer hosts. They brought me local eggs that were excellent. They introduced me to Jose who squeezed sugar cane and made a glass of fresh cane and orange juice on the spot, with a bottle to take home. Rodrigo took me walking with him a few mornings so that I knew the nice routes and met the neighbourhood dogs. And he showed me some cowpaths that I might not have taken otherwise. And the mountain/valley views on the walks were breathtaking--in all directions. Truly extraordinary. I stayed at Ileana and Rodrigo's place for 10 days. There was a mini supermercado just down the road and larger one, in town about a 15 minute walk. I was working part of the time and the wifi was good. My stay could not have been better. I hope to come back.

This airbnb is in Grifo Alto with a beautiful view of the mountains with a view of the Ocean.
