Had a nice 12 night stay in Havana in a very clean and well maintained apartment. Great value!

Great location! Right in the heart of la Rampa surrounded by nightlife and restaurants its two blocks from Hotel National. Calle 23 is a vibrant street with nightlife, outdoor markets and cafes. The apartment was quiet, clean, secure and came equipped with a kitchen that was great for making a quick snack. It also had a microwave that was handy for reheating take away food. There was also a mounted safe which gave me piece of mind for securing passport wallet etc.., when I went out. There is also 24 hour a security guard for the building. The hosts provided a cell phone that could be used to contact them at any time. Helpful hint- the shutters on the window open to let natural light in!!

This place is a little gem that had been decorated with a lot of care and good taste by its owners Vicky & Armando. It's super super clean inside the apartment and everything works well (hot water etc.). It feels really good after a big day of walking through the city, it's very relaxing. Definitely better than a hotel room! Vicky & Armando are the nicest people, super reactive and will help and whenever you need. The building is old and under construction but you still get a great view of the city and the ocean from the shady balcony. The apartment is perfectly located to both enjoy the local day life of Habana Centro and Habana Vieja and the nightlife in Vedado. Havana is a very unique place, I loved it and I would stay there again !

Wifi signal from the street is too low to connect on 9th floor, however the host provided the wifi card for free. Good water preasure and hot water, great location near bars, taxi, hotels and buses. Safe box. Split AC. A little bit noisy street but acceptable if balcony doors closed. Big soft bed. Unfortunately the facade of the 23 floor building is under reconstruction thus the view from the little balcony is not pleasant. Both elevators are fast and operational. Cuban cell phone in the appartment can be used for local calls and text messages.

Mi esposo y yo quedamos enamorados de el studio,muy limpio,una decoracion muy sencilla pero bonita,que hace que se vea algo muy privado,tranquilo,el aire acondicionado muy Bueno,la cama muy comoda y grande,la cocina y el bano Tambien,esta todo nuevo en la casa,tiene un balcon que te permite ver la rampa,y cerca al malecon y a todos los bares y restaurants,que mas puedo decir? en otras palabras no se arrepentiran de alojarse en el studio,Armando muy amable nos espero al llegar de Varadero a la Habana y nos recibio muy amablemente,nos dio un cellular para poder comunicarnos y una tarjeta para internet y una botella de agua,les recomiendo el studio,un lugar muy acojedor y muy intimo,les va a gustar,no se arrepentiran...gracias y me volvere a alojar alli.
