The place was absolutely freezing when we arrived. Cutlery, pots, pans, cups, and kitchen utensils where disgusting and so dirty. Be prepared to wash everything prior to using. The sofa is dirty and stained. Not sure why they rely on guests to clean the place afterwards! Walls are stained and gross. It is clearly a holiday let not someone's house. Basically a single house that is split into three houses. Parking is difficult.

Staying at George's place was a wonderful experience, providing me with everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodations were immaculate, well-appointed, and situated in a convenient location. George was an excellent host who went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for top-notch accommodations. Five stars all around.

We were having work done on our house and booked this place for 33 nights. We lasted one. The bed was so uncomfortable and smelly we had to sleep on the floor, the matress was old and stinking of fags it was like it had been found in a skip. There is no frosting on the bathroom window, so people can just look in on you when in the shower. The outside is a big bog which you cant walk on. There is a crazy amount of damp. There were about six cars parked in front, some were inches from the bedroom window, when people start the cars the exhaust fumes come through the poorly maintained wall - we honestly couldnt breathe. I got an electric shock off the fridge as it wasnt earthed. The whole place smells of fags and some other damp, dusty, dank smell I couldnt place. This property is dangerous and not fit for human inhabitation. The owners clearly know all these problems and dont care, so ise a managing agent who is pointless. Slum landlord, awful property, dudgusting.

Lived up to expectations. Well suited our needs at the time because we were between houses. Ideal for long stay. We will miss the super view from the patio window.
