Overall I'm very happy with my stay. the cottage was very cute, neat, and clean. Warm and comfortable too. My stay was very quick, but it had everything you would need for an extended stay. It was very easy to find, however it is basically on top of the (very busy) road. So it was a bit noisy. There is also another house (the main house, I believe) right next door. So a bit lacking in privacy and quiet. Driveway is very small so parking would be difficult if you had a large vehicle or more than 1 vehicle. 4/5 stars because Saturday morning I was woken up early to power tools and other work being done right outside the bathroom window. I was hoping to sleep in and enjoy a relaxing hot shower. Overall David was a great host, he was communicative and it was easy to check in the cottage. I would stay here again.

Was a beautiful, clean, peaceful place. I almost don't want to give a good review so it's available next time haha. If you want a nice peaceful retreat this is the place. It was clean, had dishes & pots to use, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea kettle for hot water, towels. The outside had chairs & a canopy but no table it poured most of the time we were there anyway but the days & nights it didn't it was nice to sit outside listen to the birds during the day, crickets & frogs at time & you could hear the brook. The cars were a little downfall but it's not a super busy road, & parking can get tricky but overall I would stay here again hell if I could I would buy the property. Dave is a sweet host too thank you so much !

This place was perfect for our long weekend in RI for a wedding at nearby Foster Country Club. We needed to check-in in the evening and David was extremely accommodating of that request. The place was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed, including space for our larger dog "tent" for our two dogs in the living room space. Like another reviewer, the bed wasn't what we're used to (pretty soft) but it wasn't the worst bed we've had at an AirBnB. Overall great stay, would stay again.
