This home was pristine..absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect! Close to everything. We enjoyed the restaurants, museum and our favorite Goonie attractions. If we ever visit Astoria again, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for a great experience.

Cleanliness and location are the two standouts here. A walk away to just about every spot you would want to visit. The kitchen is very well equipped with a variety of cookware, serving dishes and glasses. We did have to purchase a chefs knife from the local discount store and the place is in need of a ladle and teapot but the kitchen was a delight to cook in. The two bedrooms were as advertised but only one has access to the porch facing the water. If you want to utilize the riverside porch, you must go through the master bedroom. The property is on a pier above water and feels super solid as the tide shifts. The bunk room is more of a hallway than a room so if you plan to utilize it, keep in mind there is not much privacy. The bathrooms are well built, hot water is consistent. Overall, be it a bit pricy, especially the cleaning fee, the spot is a gem as it is one of the only private house type spaces for rent on the water in the heart of Astoria.

Great place to stay!! ON the water. It was walking distance to many places. If we ever in the area, we hope to stay there again.

This place is ideally located. Coffee shops, cafes, shopping all within walking distance. The space is great. Foosball table is great entertainment. Would stay here again
