With my wife, we stayed one month in the room with a private inside bathroom in the Lixin place. It was a wonderful wonderful experience. The room was super clean. there were some necessary amenities in the room such clean towels and shampoos. There was a TV with Roku and an inside small refrigerator which was completely usable. neighbors were inoffensive and all of them stayed for long term and saw the place as home. Lixin is very responsible and accessible whenever you want and answer all of your questions and requests as well. I'm glad to choose this option and highly recommend it for short and long term rent.

Lixin's place was perfect for what I had in mind! i stayes there for a month and was provided with toilet paper and paper towels. The place was significantly less cheaper than what was in the area, and I lived that my room had a private bathroom and mini fridge. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom needed to be cleaned, and when I came in, I had to clean the place with my own cleaning supplies before I took a shower in there. there were soap suds on the glass doors and gunk in the bathroom shower door. the place also needed to be dusted. I am not sure if it was just a one-time thing, but since I was going to be there for a month, I cleaned it to my expectations! Also, the dryer is weird and does not dry clothes well. The dryer will run till someone opens the machine even if your cycle is complete. Apart from that I will say my stay was good and you get exactly what you pay for.

I stayed at this accommodation for about 40 days to conduct research on materials at the National Archives. The location is a 15-20 minute walk from the National Archives, and its proximity made it possible for me to conduct my daily research at the National Archives in a meaningful way. Lixin also kindly provided me with a bicycle free of charge, which made my daily commute to and from the National Archives much easier. I would definitely use Lixin's place again in the future when I need to do more than a month of document research at the National Archives.
