Il nostro appartamento nasce nel cuore di Trastevere a pochi passi dalla fantastica Piazza S.Maria in Trastevere e dalla John Cabot University e ha un’invidiabile posizione centrale per raggiungere i maggiori punti di interesse di Roma, sia a piedi che con pochissime fermate di bus. E’ stato completamente ristrutturato e valorizzato, portando alla luce i suoi classici mattoni biondi e le volte di metà ‘800. Questo tocco di antico è immerso in un arredamento moderno ed attento ad ogni dettaglio. Il nostro principale obiettivo è quello di cercare di regalare ricercatezza, pulizia, comodità, accoglienza e centralità: questo finora ci ha premiati. Amiamo prenderci cura dei nostri ospiti ed è bellissimo leggere nei loro occhi la soddisfazione per una sistemazione che soddisfi le loro aspettative. Oltre che avere l’ascensore, che lo rende estremamente comodo, l’appartamento è molto silenzioso e dotato di ogni comfort: ha inoltre un’affaccio spettacolare sull’affresco della chiesa storica dei SS.Quaranta Martiri e sui tetti di Roma. Ha una zona living in cui, in un'area separata da una porta, che crea un ambiente completamente indipendente, c'è una cucina nuovissima, completamente attrezzata (piano cottura a induzione, forno classico e forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, grande frigorifero e congelatore), e con molti piccoli servizi, come la macchina da caffè Nespresso, il bollitore, il tostapane, solo per citarne alcuni). Tè, zucchero e caffè sempre disponibili per farti un buon espresso italiano al mattino !! Ci sono dua ampie camere da letto con letto matrimoniale King Size con materassi alti 25 cm, copripiumini e fini lenzuola, ampio armadio, scrivania, cassaforti, Smart TV con canale Netflix free. Una di queste camere offre la possibilità, su richiesta, di ottenere una sistemazione con due letti singoli. Una terza grande camera da letto e "completamente autonoma", si ottiene dalla zona living, dove c'è un letto a scomparsa tra una libreria e un armadio, Queen size e materasso 25 cm. Ha tutti gli stessi comfort delle altre compresa la Smart TV da 42". Quando si vuole con un semplice gesto scompare il letto e si può godere di un comodo divano. Se siete quindi tre coppie o comunque 6 persone potrete lasciarla per tutto il tempo del soggiorno come camera matrimoniale, poichè c'è un'altra zona della casa con un grande tavolo dove poter mangiare in 6 persone A servizio delle tre camere ci sono tre grandi bagni, di cui due en suite, con ampie doccie (due 90x140), con cromoterapia ed un fantastico impianto audio per rendere un banale gesto quotidiano, una piacevole esperienza!! Troverete tutti i comfort come aria condizionata e riscaldamento, Intenet veloce sia Wi-Fi che via cavo e una zona lavanderia con una lavatrice e una asciugatrice, oltre l’asse e il ferro da stiro.
