Perfect house for a family get-together. My 6 year-old granddaughter and 9 year-old grandson enjoyed games room. We played cricket and rounders in the generous sized garden. The house was spotless fitted out to a high quality

We had a wonderful long weekend in Selsey. The house is very comfortable with lots of little touches to make it feel like home. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need to make a meal for a big group of people. It’s unusual to have enough pans, serving dishes, utensils in an AirBNB rental but this place had absolutely everything we needed. The house is exactly as described - some of the rooms are great for children but cosy for adults. There’s a big garden, the beach is just at the end of the drive, the fish and chip shop is a 4 min drive away, and you won’t be short of DVDs to watch! We would definitely go back again. Highly recommended.

Airy comfortable house great for the weekend with a three generation family Children enjoyed the large outdoor play space and the games room was safe for them to play The kitchen was well equipped easy to find our way around utensils and machines. The beach was a great attraction and so was the park at the end of East Beach Road. Both the beach and the park were within easy walking distance
