Our family had a wonderful time! There was lots to do, we enjoyed being able to go fishing in the kayaks, have a campfire, use the hot tub and all the additional games provided. And we also enjoyed walking the railroad tracks down the road. There were tons of local restaurants and seafood within 20mins of the house and we loved the Acadia National Park. It was such a beautiful location and we would definitely recommend. If we are to visit that area in the future we would most definitely rent this home again!

Hugo’s cabin was an absolute joy. The lake was gorgeous; it was very clean, well-stocked with amenities (even games!), and had the most beautiful view of the stars. The cabin fit 7 easily. We had such a marvelous time! Aside from the space, Hugo was enormously helpful and responsive. He sets the bar for AirBnB hosts for me going forward!

A GREAT lake home! Beautiful area. Kayaks, campfire area, and hot tub were our favorite amenities! A little far from Bar Harbor and Acadia park, with traffic it was about a 1 hour drive each way. Bumpy gravel road for a couple miles, but worth it! This property was spacious for our group of 6 and had everything we needed. We recommend this property for a great Maine experience.

Hugo's home is large and has everything you could need, down to a giant lobster boiling pot. We spent time out on the lake in the kayaks, an evening around the fire pit, and even took a dip in the Jacuzzi. There are so many activities at the house that you could spend a full day there hanging out and not be bored! Hugo was communicative during our stay and helped resolve an issue with the fire alarms on our first night. The beds could use upgrading, as we could feel the springs in ours. Other than that small thing, we had a fantastic stay.
