The host was very nice. However the place was not clean at all. I’m not sure how other reviewed the place was “clean”! The bathroom was dirty. There was a towel and the bathroom mirror had toothpaste stains. There was a lot of hair on the sink, the tub had a dirty ring around it and the toilet wasn’t clean. There was a nightlight with a lot of bugs on the back of it. The microwave had a lot of food splatter in it. The inside of the stove was filthy. The fridge, cabinets and counters had food stains on them. The sink strainers had food in them. Bugs and spiders were everywhere. Used toothpicks were on the floor. Couch had food crumbs on it. Inside steps were severely stained. The door in the laundry room to the house needs to be secure. Couldn’t lock it when leaving so I didn’t feel my personal items were secure. Hairs on the bed and pillowcases. Brillo pads in holes in the floor…not sure why. I spent a lot of time cleaning. Deep clean/repairs needed. Very disappointed in this place.

Joe’s carriage house was a great stay. We loved the location. Nice vibe in the neighborhood. We will stay again!!

Joe and Kraig could not have been better hosts. My husband and I got our perfect relaxing get away! The home was beautiful and very clean.

The carriage house is roomy and has everything you need. Great location with wonderful restaurants nearby and charming, walkable neighborhood! Guests need to be able to climb; access to apartment is an outdoor staircase leading up to the loft.
