We had the honor of staying with Wendy and John as a stop (too short) on our month long road trip up and down the coast. The stay definitely marked a highlight on our trip and left us sad when we had to leave. Other than the basic perfections, such as a large and clean room with shower and essentials, we still think about their cooking very often. From Wendy's wholesome delicious dinners to John's traditional blueberry pancakes we couldn't get enough and that coming from two people in the restaurant and wine business! The kindness, interesting conversation and true devotion we felt from Wendy and John will leave a lasting impression and we couldn't recommend a better BNB to stay at!! Thank you again to both of them and make sure to ask Wendy about her writing!!

This was our second time staying with Wendy and John. They're warm and gracious hosts and the meals are scrumptious and filling. They property is beautiful and close to the beach and town. We found different things to do in the area this time than last and already have plans made for other adventures for our next visit which we've already booked!

We had a incredible time staying with Wendy & John for two days. Great homecooked meals made to our preferences. Amazing and insightful conversation. Incredibly peaceful property right next to the ocean. Hands down the best experience I've had on Airbnb so far in my 5 years of using airbnb. When we arrived we were immediately met by John who welcomed us in and radiated warmth through his presence. He even cooked the best omelet I've ever had. Wendy stayed up late talking to us sharing stories from her life and discussing current events from a nuanced and educated perspective. Wendy and John made us feel right at home. Overall great food, great location, great company.
