My husband and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed Brian’s well appointed place. It truly was home away from home. We would definitely be back.

This home is welcoming and inviting, lovingly furnished, with a kitchen that did take me back in time, but also planted me in the now. The outdoor spaces were my favorite; the landscaping and choice of space for activity. The ability to walk to the pier to swim or soak up the view was amazing, along with an easy walk to City Beach. Beach towels were provided. Bikes, kayaks and beach equipment were not(I think you have to request them in advance). Home was well equipped with anything we might need, including fun serving dishes to stocked bar frig. Perfect for entertaining. We were gifted with a bottle of wine and tickets to one of the summer festival shows. Exceptional hospitality! The town and neighborhood went quiet at night. While outside we could hear, and enjoy, the sounds of children on bikes or the Osprey and Eagles calling out. We did experience some early morning driveway construction. Perfect location. This place is special and deserves the highest rating and praise.

This place is fantastic. Perfect location right next to downtown. The house has everything we needed for a 2-month stay. Do yourself a favor and book this place.

The house is a magical blend of retro eclectic charms, super comfortable and beyond adequately stocked for a most pleasant and enjoyable experience! Super close to all things in town - highly recommended!

Excellent place for us to stay for a couple months. Has everything we needed, including flashlights when the power went out from a windstorm! Great location, walkable to generally everywhere in Sandpoint. Great hosts, definitely recommend.
