Carls place was absolutely beautiful. It is one of the nicer places that we have stayed at. It was very clean and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We did not lack for anything and really appreciated some of the delicious restaurants that were nearby. The view from the accommodations were absolutely gorgeous. Great value for the space and we highly recommend this place.

Most amazing experience in Alaska! Staying at Carl’s Beachwood Manor is “hands-down” the place to stay. It’s felt like our home away from home. The entire stay was wonderful & we’ll definitely be back! Already spreading the good word throughout of hockey families to stay here whenever they visit. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful views of the ocean. The space is full of eclectic decor helping to create a cozy and comfortable environment. I felt right at home. The entrance to the unit is worth the price of admission (it’s full of interesting photos and artifacts to look at) This was definitely a fun place to stay on my work trip.
