The host was responsive and helpful. Internet was slow specially during the day could not open any page. So I Do not recommend for people who want to from home. The location gets very sketchy specially at night.

Carlos was a great host and very responsive from the start. We enjoyed staying at their Civic Center studio, which is conveniently located close to multiple bus lines. The building is very secure and the parking spot was a huge bonus.

Clean apartment with everyting you need. Very responsive host. Getting packages here was a little spotty but otherwise would recmmend for a long term stay.

Place is in a great location. Right downtown. Walkable everywhere. Although it is borderline Tenderloin (which is somewhat known for crime and homelessness) I never once felt unsafe. I never really walked alone at night, but during the day there is plenty of people walking and anywhere west of the apartment is generally safe. Parking garage was very helpful and safe, definitely very convenient and useful. Plenty of light in the apartment, amazon deliveries were also pretty on point. Carlos was extremely responsive and helpful anytime I asked. Neighbors are also really friendly. I 100% recommend. CVS right in front of building, Equinox gym 10 min walk, City hall 3-4 minutes walk. electric car charging also in front of building if needed.

Carlos was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was great. Well decorated, clean, comfortable, plenty of sunlight, real houseplants, rooftop deck, parking, conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again.
