We booked this place for a quick romantic getaway over New Year’s Eve, and it did not disappoint. The space is beautiful and clean, and the furniture is very comfortable. We had a very cozy fire while we read and played cards. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed for the basic cooking we did. Be aware that there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal, but we were provided with appropriate dish washing and drying equipment and trash can, and it wasn’t an issue. The bedrooms are very nice and the beds are comfy. We were provided with plenty of blankets and pillows. The view from the master bedroom is gorgeous and I loved waking up to it. the bathrooms were clean and while I didn’t use the jacuzzi tub in the master bath, it looked like it would work well. Bottom line, we had a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend this listing. We plan to return the next time we need some time away.

This was by far one of my best experiences using AirBNB. April and Steve are an amazing Duo and their passions compliment each other so well, and the land and animals reflects that. Very excited to try the Pork! Peaceful, beautiful and cozy. Cant wait to find another weekend to book again. If you need any further confidence in finding a get away spot, look no further that Dotties Place!

A quaint farmhouse setting. Very peaceful and relaxing. It is also a working pig farm and we learned a lot from talking with April & Steve.
