We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ana. Mauro is a very nice and friendly host, who speaks English very well. He personally welcomed us at his house. His uncle and aunt live next door. They were very friendly people as well and respected our privacy. The house is easy to find and close to Bale. It has very nice views on their orchard and to the sea. It is very quite in the night. It offers two spacious bedrooms on the first floor, and two bathrooms (one on ground level and one on the first floor). The two porches (both in front and at the back of the house) offer a nice place to sit and relax in the shade. For us, it was a perfect place to explore the southern part of Istria. We liked it very much and would certainly recommend Villa Ana without hesitation.

We had a pleasant stay, the location of the house suited us very much, it has a nice olive garden (but mosquitos did not let us enjoy it), the apartment was clean, though it would need some maintenance after the season, and the surroundings would be very peaceful were it not for the construction works at the neighbouring house...

We had an amazing stay at Mauro’s place. Nice old farmhouse with cute interior. Good outside part with nice chill beds and table side under the roof. Great big garden. The location is perfect to go around Istria and also very close to some nice beaches and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend this airbnb!

Mauro is an amazing host! He is very responsive and kind, we felt at home right away. The location and the house are perfect. We had everything we needed. It is absolutely perfect for kids, as well :) thanks for everything!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und mit allem ausgestattet, was beschrieben war. Außerdem war alles blitzsauber. In der Sommerhitze war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr nützlich. Die Kommunikation mit Mauro hat super geklappt, er hat uns empfangen und alles gezeigt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, man ist aber in ein paar Minuten am Meer, im Supermarkt oder in verschiedenen Restaurants (danke für die Tipps!). Unsere Tochter hatte viel Freude an Schaukel, Rutsche und den beiden Katzen, die am (aber nicht im!) Haus unterwegs sind. Es ist ein Doppelhaus, was aber überhaupt nicht stört. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung für einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub!!! Vielen Dank!
