This place was great and just like the pictures! Entry was seamless and the instructions were all spot on. The location was perfect because it was quiet and peaceful but we could walk to everything going on in playa (short 5 min walk or less). The pool was great and there’s a bar/restaurant for the property on the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

This place is so great, great location, great facilities, great service. The pool and the view to the beach makes this place worth spending a month as we did. The beach is only steps away and the beach club makes of this apartment a complete experience , even in these Covid-19 times, when the beach is closed.

We were impressed that the pictures posted are accurate. The place is well set up with very good kitchen supplies compared to other condos we have rented. The patio is right next to the lobby so everyone walks right by you and you can hear the conversations with the lobby staff, but really quite minor. This particular condo does not have a view, but we were happy for the greenery as it protected the patio from the rain. The bedrooms being in the back of the condo is great as you do not hear any noise from the main complex area at all at night. The only negative we can say is the cost of the utilities when renting for a month. We did not have the air conditioning on at all during the day, only in the bedroom overnight. We kept all lights off except the kitchen and patio light at night. We only did a couple of loads of laundry the entire time, and still it was considerably higher than expected, even with being very conscious of usage. Other than that, the facilities are great, the gym is fantastic, pool is always clean, etc.. Very nice place.

Matt's place was greatly decorated, spacious and in a great location. Matt wad also assists there for whatever we needed. I would definitely stay at his place again when I return to playa.

El complejo espectacular. El apartamento impecable, moderno, cómodo y agradable. Una pileta que se disfruta mucho. La ubicación es perfecta ya que esta muy cerca de la movida pero en un lugar muy tranquilo. Muy recomendable
