Was a very nice place right on the beach. Close to EVERYTHING. We had a great stay, but check out is a little early when you don’t have to be to the airport until 3pm(10am checkout) We cleaned the entire condo before we left(swept, took out trash, loaded dishwasher, cleaned counter tops) We put all of our dirty towels from showers that morning in a pile by the washing machine (7 of us) That evening I received an e mail from our host telling me I needed to send her $50 for replacement of 2 pillowcases that she said were damaged!!! They were dirty with head sweat or wet hair from the shower not damaged!!! I refused and told her to wash them and they would be fine. I have rented many houses in different places and have NEVER damaged anything. This was extremely rude to me to insinuate I damaged these pillowcases.

Overall my group and I were pleased with our stay at Condo E2. The location is perfect as everything is walking distance. We encountered minor issues, but Benjamin was great at getting things fixed promptly. I would recommend and would stay at this condo again.

The pictures of the building/condo are accurate. The condo is right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The building and condo are well managed, very clean and well stocked. Amazing beach. The pool is cleaned daily. Do not hesitate to book this unit, you will not be disappointed.
