“Villa Marea’ is a private, residential vacation home located in the most exclusive area of Playa del Carmen called Playacar. This 6 bedroom home is peaceful and quiet, with lots of room for entertainment, private pool, yet only a few minutes walk from beach and town, restaurant and activities, surrounded by wild nature and very secure with 24h security. Villa Marea has 6 bedrooms, 2 at the ground floor with private entrance and 4 at the second floor. Room 1 - Master suite, 2 queen bed + sofa bed Room 2 - two queen bed + sofa bed Room 3 - two queen bed Room 4 - one queen bed + two twin Room 5 - one queen bed Room 6 - one king bed All the rooms have A/C, on suite bathroom, mini bar, 32" smart TV and ceiling fan. Additional bed: 2 sofa bed in the hallway . On the main floor, there is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with anything you would need to prepare a meal. The kitchen has a full sized fridge/freezer, oven, and large gas stove. There is also a coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave. Also the beach towels are for exclusive use in the pool area, please do not take them outside the property. The villa has a full-time housekeeper (8 hours per day) to help you with anything you need done around the house including making the beds in the morning, cleaning the bathrooms, doing dishes, setting up towels outside by the pool, blowing up pool floats, cleaning the pool, etc. They will be there to assist you during the day throughout your stay. (Please note that we try to have someone there every day throughout your stay, but occasionally on Sundays or one day per week they are off). They are there to help with anything that you need and to ensure you are well taken care of! The backyard of the house feels like your own private resort.
