You will walk inside an open space where you will have access to a modern kitchen , dinning room and two steps down you will be in the living room with access to the pool and the internal porch. Living room with a 50' flat screen Hi-Definition TV ,where you can access to your favorite Netflix tv show. On the ground level you will have a bedroom furnished with a double bed, closet a sofa bed , air condition and ceiling fan. The bedroom overlooks the back yard with a swimming pool view and outdoor lounge have a 1/2 bathroom just outside the bedroom. This room can accommodate 3 adults On the first floor you will find three large bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. The fist bedroom that you will find walking upstairs is furnished with a double bed with a private full bathroom (with body soap, hair soap,Hair conditioner ), air condition and ceiling fan . This room can accommodate 2 adults . The second bedroom is furnished with king bed, two sofa bed with a full large bathroom (with body soap, hair soap,Hair conditioner ) , closet and walk in closet, safe , iron hair drier. air condition and ceiling fan . The third bedroom is furnished with two queen bedrooms, closet with a full bathroom (with body soap, hair soap,Hair conditioner ), air condition and ceiling fan This room can accommodate max 4 adults . La estadía en esta casa ha sido la peor que he tenido en mi vida. 1. La muchacha de la limpieza no hizo bien su trabajo se les pidió mandar más papel higiénico por que solo dejaron 1 por baño para 4 días y no puso más y nunca cambiaron las toallas de baño. 2. in respetaron la privacidad de mi familia la señora Eleonora llego en varias ocasiones en el horario diurno a pedirnos que los niños no pueden hacer tanto ruido en el área de la piscina así mismo saco su teléfono celular y nos grabo tanto dentro de la casa así como desde el jardín sin nuestro consentimiento, (No respetan los horarios de piscina. ) 3. 2 equipos de A/C no trabajan de la mejor manera desde el día 1 también se les reporto y nunca los arreglaron impidiendo poder dormir en ellos. 4. Desde el momento del checking se le informó sobre 2 sillas que se encontraban en mal estado, súper peligroso para niños y adultos mayores, se les tomó foto y se les aviso directamente para evitar que nos la cobraran a nosotros.
Our family reunion in Playa Del Carmen turned out to be disappointing as the Airbnb house we booked had no AC in the living room and the existing units barely worked. This was our first time visiting the area and we were left frustrated and uncomfortable. We were a group of 6 adults and 8 children, and the lack of proper cooling made it difficult for everyone to enjoy their stay as July is extremely hot and humid. Another problem was that only one shower worked, imagine 14 people getting in line every single morning. We hope that Airbnb will address these issues and ensure that future guests have a more comfortable experience.
El lugar muy tranquilo y bonito. Privado y seguro, la casa muy bella, las habitaciones cómodas, de los lugares más cómodos y bonitos que he visitado, sin duda lo recomiendo. La cocina me parece de lo más genial, hay todo para cocinar de todo. Mucha variedad. 😊
