Great place in a beautiful spot. The house is well laid out to take advantage of the location and the view. We loved having coffee on the back porch, listening to the lapping lake, loons, geese, and ducks. The view was just as gorgeous and soothing from the living room as well, where we spent more than one afternoon enjoying the ambiance and the fireplace. At night the surrounding area is wonderfully dark and serene, with just a few whispers from the lake and a sparse twinkle of lights from the across the way. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you might need should you decide to whip up a meal with fresh meats and produce procured from the Ithaca Farmer’s Market (we did!). You are only about 20-25 mins away from downtown Ithaca, and only 5-10 mins more from many of the “gorge-s” waterfall parks. Dave and Sally were fantastic hosts, not only friendly and responsive, but pro-active as well, making sure we were comfortable and content during our entire stay.

Beautiful views and great outdoor spaces. Home worked well for our family, Sally communicates throughout the trip and was flexible with check-in/out as our plans changed. Would love to go back.

The house was perfect - bright and open, great view of the lake, the kitchen well stocked, and everything was very clean. The outdoor space was also beautiful- lots of comfortable seating and an expansive dock which offers great views up and down the lake. Sally was very responsive and helpful - would recommend and would definitely love to come back. 10/10!
