We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clare’s flat which is better than the photo in my opinion. The location is great right next to the Common and only a few mins away from the tube stations. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has got everything you need to make a meal. Clare kindly left a few essentials in the fridges which were really helpful. Pack your running kits and the Common is a dream for joggers. My daughter and I spend a couple of hours in the playground which can be enjoyed from toddlers to 8/9 year olds. Overall it is a ten out of ten experience for all of us .Thanks Clare for being such a wonderful host!!

Clare France's place was the perfect start to our UK trip! The flat was exactly as pictured and was stocked with everything you could possibly need (as well as a few yummy treats from our wonderful host). The comfortable beds and relaxed area of Clapham Common ensured a good nights sleep. The location was ideal with two tube stations an easy 5-10 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by (including a pub right across the road!). Clare France's was an amazing host with her quick responses and helpful tips/advice about the area! I would love to stay here again on my next trip to London!!

Clare is an excellent host and a wonderful person! She started sending us recommendations (per my request) many months out which was very helpful in planning. The place is beautiful and the location is 10/10.

The flat was wonderful! We felt right at home in the nicely decorated space. Clare Frances was very responsive and allowed for flexible check-in. She even left us snacks! Very walkable to the tube, restaurants, nice park, and child friendly.
