My sisters and cousin and two friends who stayed with me in the main house and smaller guest house had a wonderful time. Your home was an excellent place to celebrate my birthday. I apologize for Mikie the dog showing up at last minute. I hope you received the $100 pet fee that I paid earlier today. Also we left comments in your guest book that are meant to give you recommendations to make your home stand out more than it already does. We made sure to clean up after ourselves to make it easy as pie for your cleaners. Also my sister and I enjoyed being pool cabana girls because it gave us time to being together privately from the others. Thank you Will

The Play Garden is a gem- added the guest house for a family vacation of 8 plus a dog. The house is historic which means there’s definitely some charm- but all the modern conveniences that you need. Location is great; we spent a lot of time at the pool and on the river plus close to tons of hike options. Pet-friendly is a bonus!

We are repeat guests at The Play Garden. It is beautiful and inviting as well as homey. There are wonderful amenities to enjoy, whether it is relaxing on the front porch, having a fire complete with firewood, swimming in the pool or preparing and enjoying a home cooked meal, you can be assured you will have everything you need and more. Our host and caretaker are friendly and go above and beyond to be sure you have a great experience.
