Nice quiet area, good house.

The house is very close to Churchill Downs and to restaurants in midtown and the downtown area. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. The yard in the back is so pretty and has nice seating. My group consisted of 3 couples and we had plenty of space to shower and get ready for the events with the derby. I would recommend this place.

Ingrid was a dream of a host. She communicated extremely well, and welcomed us like we were already her friends. All our interactions with her were delightful and positive, and her listing was accurately represented and made for a wonderful weekend. I would 100% recommend her as a host to anyone looking for great accommodation in Louisville. 5 stars!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was amazing. For our party of 8 the house was perfect! We had plenty of space; never felt crowded. The backyard space with the flowers and landscaping made for gorgeous settings for all of our pre derby pictures. The kitchen was emaculate!!!!! The organization and cleanliness of every drawer, spice rack, pantry, and cabinets was unbelievable. and the generosity to share it all....priceless. Each bedroom and bathroom was wonderfully decorated....all the beds were extremely comfortable....water pressure and temp....perfect! The final touch that made this house a home was the her artwork! We enjoyed all the pieces; the same line was repeated throughout the weekend..."this feels like home!" Ingrid was an amazing host!
