We had a lovely stay at Simona’s condo in Simpson Bay. The location is ideal, view is unbelievable and the condo itself is beautifully appointed. The host guide book was filled with great suggestions for restaurants, shopping, and activities, so we really didn’t need much by way of communication while we were there. We enjoyed kayaking, walking the beach exploring around Simpson Bay and when we wanted to explore further, we used taxi services which was just fine. I stayed in the master suite so I really enjoyed waking up to the view of the ocean. The other ladies on the trip mentioned that they wished that their bedrooms had a nice view and they would have had separate beds. Something to think about if you’re planning a friend’s trip. There were the 6 Chihuahuas next door that barked a lot starting fairly early in the morning, but other than that, it was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place in Simpson Bay. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Simona's villa was absolutely outstanding! As soon as we arrived we felt so lucky to stay in such an amazing place. It has everything you need and more to make for a perfect stay. Our group was so impressed with all 3 levels of space. All 3 levels had incredible views!! You can sit and stare out at the water with all the beautiful boats and yachts for hours if you wanted to. It was so beautiful! You can walk the beach in both directions and swim in such clean, warm water. It was great. This Villa is in the very best spot on Simpson Bay. Lots of beach area and perfect to walk to restaurants and beach bars. Loved it! Simona is super fast responding to any questions you have and is extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Simona for letting us stay in such a fantastic Airbnb. It is perfection!

This place was AMAZING!!!! It was right on the beach and the views are better than the pictures. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. The check in was very easy and well communicated. I read every review before I stayed because of the proximity to the airport, but it wasn't an issue at all. The planes were fun to watch! They also weren't flying in early (nothing before at least 11am or 12pm) and I don't think there were any takeoffs past 6ish. The island is beautiful and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a short drive. We felt safe in the area, although we never walked at night. I would recommend renting a car as there's so much of the island to see and the bus system didn't seem as developed. Our car rental was from empress and it cost about $160 for our trip of 5 days. The weather was very warm, even in November, but the central air system in the condo was fabulous! I know sometimes that's an issue with rentals. I would definitely recommend this place

5 STARS ALL AROUND. Great location in Simpson Bay. Close to everything. Right on the Beach. Awesome views of the beach, planes taking off and landing, and mountain views and bay views. Extremely Clean and comfortable. All necessities provided. Even had milk ready for our little boy. Highly recommended. This is our 2nd stay and won't be our last. Convenience store, SIXT car rental, many restaurants within walking distance. 2 mins from Airport. Perfect. Simona even let us check out a little later. She is very communicative.
