Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per 3 notti presso l’appartamento di Maria Teresa e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. L’appartamento è semplicemente incantevole, pulito e ben organizzato con una vista che ti lascia senza fiato. L’attenzione ai dettagli è evidente in ogni angolo dell’appartamento, l’arredamento è curato con gusto ed ogni elemento è stato scelto con cura per creare un’atmosfera accogliente e raffinata. La biancheria pulita e profumata è di alta qualità, quello che fa davvero la differenza è Maria Teresa, padrona di casa premurosa e attenta, sempre pronta a fornire consigli preziosi sulla zona. In conclusione, il soggiorno presso l’appartamento di Maria Teresa è stato semplicemente perfetto. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia trascorrere del tempo in un luogo bello, pulito, accogliente e con una vista mozzafiato. Non ve ne pentirete!

Great location, beautiful views, very comfortable, very well equipped, exactly as visualised and a very responsive and helpful host. Very difficult to think of any negatives. Cannot recommend highly enough.

So I would have given this place more stars if possible. So every time we have stayed at a air b b in the past there is always something wrong. This place - was the first and only to be accurate to the description and the host was fantastic. She answered every question, had great suggestions and responded promptly. If you want quiet, serenity, cozy, happy & one of the most relaxing peaceful places on earth stay here! The view is amazing and I sat out there and had my coffee each and every morning. The still water, amazing view of the ocean and the beaches made it extremely difficult to leave. When we return - we know where we will stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation - my wife and I was more than pleased. You made your home feel like ours! Couple of notes - porto rotundo is cool - but head over to Golfo Aranci - for great walks / food / and some fun! See you soon Sardignia!

We had a fantastic stay at Maria Teresa's beautiful home. We have been lucky to travel to many places worldwide but I have never experienced such beautiful sunrises, not once but every day of our stay. So special and it soon became one of many highlights of the trip. The view from the balcony, just wow! took our breath away every time - we enjoyed many a lunch and dinner from that very spot and it felt like we were dining in a 5* restaurant but without the worry of our kids disturbing other diners. The facilities within Ladunia Village are excellent, the croissants and ice cream became a daily ritual and our kids (aged 5 and 1.5) adored the swimming pool - the view, again, unbelievable! The whole region of the Costa Smeralda is absolutely stunning. We loved getting out and exploring the beautiful beaches and towns nearby. Maria Teresa was a superb host, so kind, helpful and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble and she provided us with some great recommendations.
