This was a great one week stay with every day productive and by the end I achieved all my objectives, while having a wonderfully relaxed time staying at Imogen's home. She is a kind and considerate host who has a wealth of knowledge about Lincoln and its surrounds. Truly a great place as a base to explore Lincoln. I am certain to stay again in the future!

Really nice place with a lot of character on a quiet street, and walkable to the cathedral, marina and city centre. Imogen communicated excellently and her recommendations were perfect. She's passionate about the Lincoln area and had local knowledge on tap, it was really a great stay

Imogen is a great and responsive host; she is ready and willing to be helpful to her guests, and she is talkative enough for those who fancy a chat. The location is cosy and not far from local amenities and the city centre, but there are green spaces near enough by. The price is economical and fair for the stay and location, and a self-serve breakfast is available for those who need energy before they set off in the morning to explore the city or embark on other endeavours. All in all, it was a good, comfortable place to stay for my 20th birthday. Thank you Imogen for your hospitality!

Imogen is a very friendly host. The house is located on a quiet street just 15 minutes walk from the main attractions in Lincoln.
