My son and I enjoyed our stay very much. Nice basket of treats and having a fridge was great. Very convenient location and loved that the air mattress was made available for an extra sleeping space. I am pretty tall and so is my son (both 6ft) and so I liked having the main bed to myself. Would have felt crowded when you weren't sleeping with your snuggle partner. LOL Matthew made check-in and check-out very easy. Place was clean and comfy. Definitely recommend it if you want a quiet place conveniently located to Flagstaff and Sedona.

I stayed here for 3 months while working in the area. I really enjoyed my stay- the space is private and quiet, in a nice residential neighborhood . There are national forest trails you can easily walk to from the house. Good location- easy to jump on the highway and a quick drive to downtown flagstaff. I stayed during winter and the heat worked well/kept it nice and cozy. The bed was comfortable too. Matt was responsive whenever I had questions. I would stay here again the next time I’m in flagstaff.
