My husband and I stayed here with our dog for a long weekend getaway. The cottage was perfect - nice and clean and you can’t beat the location. We had our car, but could conveniently walk down to Vineyard Haven and all it had to offer. We loved being able to bring our dog. The cottage was set back from the road so it it is nice and private. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Great place to stay. Walked to Main Street in minutes for coffee every morning. If you don't have a car, no problem - just hop on the bus at the ferry terminal and go from there. Vineyard Haven is really picking up now that restaurants can serve wine, etc. without having to order a meal. Larry's cottage is equiped for all the baiscs. The WIFI is fantastic! We will be returning next June.

Great location and we loved being able to walk to Vineyard Haven with shops, the grocery store, restaurants and beaches close by. The home was quiet and peaceful. We had some issues with our check-in related to timeliness and cleanliness but Larry was responsive and we found a resolution. Some things could be improved to create a higher quality stay for future guests. The mattress was old and caving in in the middle and was not comfortable at all (for two healthy adults in our mid-30s). I know the home is pet friendly but there was animal hair everywhere including the beds, couch, and outdoor furniture. The beach equipment was old and one of the beach chairs is broken. For a beach cottage everything else was what one would expect.

We enjoyed our week at the vineyard at Larry’s. The cottage was comfortable, especially the bed which was just the right amount of soft! Larry helped in a pinch as we got stranded an extra night due to the Hurricane. He was very gracious. Loved the breezy front porch and the short walk to Vineyard Haven.
