Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub in einem kleinen, einfachen und sehr rustikalen Landhaus verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus lebt von seinem schönen Pool, der Terrasse und dem Garten mit phantastischen Olivenbäumen. Die einzigen sichtbaren Nachbarn sind ein paar Schafe, Hühner und diverse Hähne, die leider auch nachts ihre Arbeit tun. Ein Mietwagen oder Motorroller ist empfehlenswert. Skopelos Stadt ist in weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt und zwei Tavernen sind in der Nähe. Das Haus könnte mit einigen wenigen Investitionen ungemein verbessert werden. Wir hätten uns Moskitogitter, vor allem auch am Badezimmerfenster und einen Insektenvorhang zur Terrasse gewünscht. Auch ein Geschirrspüler, ein neuer Grill und eine Außendusche am Pool wären ein echter Mehrwert. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war gut und reibungslos. Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Skoplelos ist eine tolle Insel und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Kostas was a great host! On our first day (and extremely difficult journey from the port as we had not booked a taxi or hired a car) he personally took me to get a car hired - which is essential as the villa is secluded and the bus service is sparse. This is a “no frills” accommodation. It has all the bear necessities and cleaners come every 4 days and leave fresh towels and linen. The kitchen is very small and the oven took ages to bake fish. There is only one AC unit so the bedrooms do get hot and stuffy at night - having fans in there would have helped. Saying all that it is a quaint small place and was perfect for our family! A massive plus was the villa being very private and offset from the main road which allowed us to swim with confidence in the pool (which is cleaned daily!) We would recommend Rosemarys and Azan as a must for homemade Greek cuisine which leaves you craving for more!! Thank you Kostas for your great hospitality and we hope to come and stay again :)

Très bel endroit dans une nature sauvage et authentique. Maison très agréable avec une piscine qui rafraîchit les belles journées ensoleillées du mois d’août… Merci Kostas.

Such a lovely traditional villa set way back from the road, so extremely quiet and peaceful, yet close to town & beach of Stafylos. Supermarkets are close by too. Kosta was a great host, with clear & responsive communication. Within walking distance of a lovely Greek restaurant, Stafilos, with beautiful views of the bay. Definitely a lovely villa on a beautiful island

Leuke vakantie gehad in dit authentieke huisje, dat voldeed aan onze verwachtingen gebaseerd op de advertentie. Bij aankomst waren we aangenaam verrast door de welkom-cadeautjes die klaar stonden. Omdat we wel eens take-away maaltijden dienden op te warmen, zou een simpele microgolfoven welkom geweest zijn.
