From day one we felt at home. Giovanni and Patricia we amazing host. They provided assistance with where to go for history and where to eat, shop etc. they are the kindest of host and people. We hope to return in two years with family . I miss them already. They gave us space and were always there with a sweet and kind greeting. The views of olive groves and vineyards is breathtaking. I love their gardens and love the wine they make and shared. I cannot wait to return. It feels like your home away from home. ❤️

Giovanni et Patrizia sont des hôtes extraordinaires. Ils nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions chez nous: leur logement était pensé pour être accueillant dans les moindre détails (nous avions même une place de garage fermé au frais pour notre voiture). Giovanni nous a aussi donné plein d’informations sur des lieux à visiter dans la région et s’est même proposé amicalement pour nous aider par téléphone pour des questions touristiques avec l’administration d’Arezzo. On a eu beaucoup de plaisir à découvrir les talents d’écrivain de Giovanni et ceux de peintre de Patrizia ! On est très heureux d’avoir choisi les “3 cipressi” pour notre séjour toscan et espérons pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau. Une très belle rencontre!

We, a family of four, spent a week of vacation in April 2023 at Giovanni's house. The hosts are kind and helpful. The house is modern and clean, with three full bathrooms, and all the necessary appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is quiet, the surroundings are green, and the view is fantastic; we could often see wild deer walking at 50m distance from the house. At the same time, the location was close to the Arezzo historical center, just 15 minutes of drive. Thank you Giovanni and Patrizia for hosting us. We had a great vacation.

Giovanni and Patrizia are wonderful hosts. They are friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. The house was immaculately clean to the highest standards, and stocked with plenty of clean and fluffy white towels, as well as everything else you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great. It is in very quiet area with beautiful view from balcony, yet it is just minutes away from town and all the services you need. Highly recommended. Thank you Giovanni and Patrizia for a perfect experience.

Cette maison est tout simplement magnifique. Elle est grande, belle, bien ventilée. C'est une belle construction donc il y fait bon même quand il fait chaud. Nous avons peu utilisé la climatisation (qui fonctionne parfaitement bien). La terrasse est splendide. Rien ne manque dans cette maison, les lits sont confortables et la propreté remarquable. On peut faire de belles promenades à pied au dessus de la maison, jusqu'à une petite église. Les vues sur la région sont magnifiques le soir grâce à la lumière rasante. Les hôtes sont d'une grande gentillesse, ce fut un plaisir de les rencontrer. Notre séjour à Arezzo est l'une de nos plus belles expériences Airbnb. Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance.
