Meravigliosa casa immersa nel silenzio delle colline umbre. Un posto perfetto per chi vuole rilassarsi tra i suoni della natura. Abbiamo trascorso il weekend pasquale tra amici cucinando all’aperto carne alla brace; Favoloso! La notte ammiravamo dal bellissimo patio le stelle. Un vero sogno. Sabina è gentilissima e conosce perfettamente la zona. Prima di arrivare ci ha inviato la sua guida contenente molti punti d’interesse. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare questa bellissima casa per un’esperienza indimenticabile

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls and had a great time at Il Casale. The listing is very accurate and the villa is comfortable and well equipped. The villa is in a complex of 3 properties and very peaceful, with no traffic or noise nearby. The pool is shared with the other properties and whilst we were there, there were 2 families with 2 toddlers and we all enjoyed time by the pool. If you have any needs, Sabina and Monica are very quick to respond by messaging on your phone or in person. We managed day trips to Assisi, Perugia and some of the smaller towns that Sabina recommends in the very comprehensive guide that you are sent beforehand. We especially loved Perugia which is about 30 minutes away. There are restaurants and gelatrias in the nearest town and Panicale is also worth a visit. There is also a large supermarket 10 minutes drive away. Sabina hosts a pizza night, which was really worth attending - a great communal meal with other guests from the neighbouring properties and the food was great - using many of the vegetables from Sabina's garden. The pizzas were exceptionally good! A final word for Sabina and her family who were so welcoming and helped when we needed to make an important video call back to the UK by letting us to use their house to make the call. They couldn't have been more welcoming! Highly recommend this villa and a trip to Umbria!

I deal with the Marketing and Bookings of this family-run agricultural estate and "agriturismo" (rental of apartments in farmhouses) and my sister Monica manages the farmhouses. We produce extra virgin and organic olive oil on our estate in the hills of Umbria, bordering Tuscany. We will be present during your stay and will be happy to give you all the information for touring the area and discovering this enchanting part of central Italy.
