The house is lovely and peaceful. It's deeply in the shade, tucked into the trees, but just steps from the beach. The beach is gorgeous and there were not many other people there during our stay. Pablo is extremely responsive and helpful. The house was very clean. The kitchen is pretty functional but has a sort of odd/incomplete selection of tools.

We stayed at Casa Pauline for 3 nights with 3 adults and 2 kids. The house was very peaceful and relaxing in a wooded, shaded environment, with plenty of space. The house does not have A/C but that wasn't an issue since the house stays cool and there are numerous fans available. The property is unique and very beautiful, and the location within steps from Playa Boquilla is unmatched. The road down to the casa is a little treacherous, but totally doable in our small crossover rental, though with the location at the private(ish) beach, we did not leave much. There are two restaurants on the beach--Bahia de la Luna and Comedar La Costeñita, both of which were very good. The property shares two other rentals, both of which can accommodate larger groups, and the pool is shared by these. We did not use the pool much because there are casitas along it. The pool is shaded. The kitchen is in need of updating and lacked some basic amenities, but we made do. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice spot with an incredible beach. Responsive host which recommend a super guide called Beto for a boat trip (dolphin and whales spotted :) The place was great. Only observation : the kitchen equipements could be renewed as a little bit old.
