The location is great! We’re from NYC/Brooklyn so we’re used to walking everywhere. This place was a great location where you can walk to lots of surrounding areas and restaurants very easily in all directions and it’s mostly flat! The apartment is also very spacious with great original details- like pocket doors and high ceilings that make it feel bigger. We stayed for a month and we would definitely stay again if we come back to SF.

This was my first AirBnb experience, and a long one at that (45 days), and all I'll say is other AirBnb hosts have a lot to live up to. I thoroughly loved my stay here. The apartment is the perfect blend of classic Victorian San Francisco feel with modern amenities. My favorite part is the living room and bay window. Drinking coffee there in the morning (or wine at night) was such a delight. The entire place definitely has a wow factor. I had quite a few long-term SF residents who were beyond impressed with the place. Arthur and his team were extremely accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood itself is great- fun and lively when you want, and quiet when you're wanting to relax. Overall I'd highly recommend staying here if you need a place short or long term. It was really hard to leave!

Really enjoyed staying here - it's an excellent flat in a great location. So many great bars and restaurants on the door step - use FourSquare to find them. The flat itself was really well presented and Arthur provided excellent instructions well before hand so it was effortless and easy for our arrival. One thing we found is that it can get a little noisy at night. There is a bar across the road so consider packing some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Would recommend this place and stay here again. The best place I've stayed in San Francisco.

The listing was exactly as the property represented. It was fantastic. Clean and bright. We requested early access and it was no problem and ready. The location was an easy walk to everything we needed and a quick cab ride anywhere. We had a great vacation in this apartment.
